I actually evaluated the solutions in the previous post, but I will expand on them here.
We came up with two solutions:
1. Paper external process
2. Electronic external process
1. We decided that the paper process would not be as beneficial for a few reasons
a. Not secure
b. Loss of paper
c. Access to information
d. Unable to form a community where questions or comments could be made
2. We decided the electronic process would be best because of the following:
a. Secure due to login and password setup, information can be stored on computer and not in paper files
b. Essentially an electronic paper trail
c. Easily accessible
d. Comments and questions can be posted to wiki site to help guide others
